2025 Precision Auto Haus WRAP UP! (Part 1)

WHAT A YEAR. Here’s a little behind the scenes of Perth’s Fastest Growing European Mechanical Workshop.

We thought it would be fun to share a little summary of the gigantic year Precision Auto Haus has had.

JANUARY:

• SOOOO many DSG Services, mostly common on VW Golf’s & Audi RS3’s- please for the love of transmissions, do your DSG service on time (every 60,000km)

• Found a huge influx of tyre demand within the shop - don’t forget we do tyres too. Most common tyres we fit, Michelin Pilot Sport 4S on Volkswagen & Audi’s

• Audi S7 Stage 1 Tune (this was fun): 034 Motorsport intake, res delete and tune

• First Roll Racing Event for the season. Making sure a bunch of our customers cars were performing as they should be

• Completed a huge Volkswagen Golf Wagon Modification job:

  KW Adjustable Lowering Springs, White Line Adjustable Rear Arms. White Line Adjustable Sway Bars, White Line Camber Plates, White Line Front Control Arms, White Line Adjustable Front Links, White Line Bump Steer Kit, Racing Line Rear Adjustable Toe Arms, Racing Line External Oil Cooler, 034 Motorsport Dog Bone Mount, 034 Motorsport Engine Mounts, 034 Motorsport Subframe Inserts, RS3 Alloy Subframe, 3” Milltek Turbo Back Exhaust, EQT Vortex XL Turbo, Wagner Intercooler, Racing Line R600 Intake, 1000cc Galano MPI Injectors, Alcon Front Brake Kit, Braided Brake Lines.

• Hosted our first expo stall at the Ayani Car Collective Australia Day Event! At Carco Raceway in Perth.

• Collaborated with ACC’s newest giveaway car - 2024 Corvette C8 - we installed the suspension and did the exhaust upgrade

FEBRUARY:

• AUDI TTS STAGE 3 Tune - TTV5 Turbo Charger, Trackslag 4” Downpipe, Blaze Intake, Galano MPI Injector Upgrade, Galano LPFP Upgrade, Galano Flex Fuel Sensor, Galano Fuel Rail, Galano 5 Bar Sensor Kit, Upgraded Intercooler, MCA Pro Street Coilovers. END RESULT = 518hp/386kw at the wheels.

• Announced we’re official DBV2 Sport Imports Perth Dealer = more rocket ships with DBV2 Turbo’s.

• TUNING - Audi RS3 Galano Stage 2 Tune, Volkswagen Golf R – Stage 2 Galano Tune, Audi S3 – Stage 2 Tune, Major Service, Audi RSQ3 – Stage 2 Galano Tune

• Took the TTS Roll Racing! Such a highlight

• Other performance modifications - Volkswagen Golf R – Invidia R400 Install & Audi RS3 – Eibach Lowering Springs, Rear Spoiler Install

• So many waterpumps & cambelts! It’s fun seeing the theme of each month in hindsight.

• Another job we really love doing, is brake replacements - specifically upgrades, when you upgrade to DBA Slotted Rotors. phewww yeas.

MARCH:

• Turned more Audi’s into a little race horse AUDI RS3 STAGE 2 FLEX TUNE- 525WHP | 650Nm. And another Audi RS3 STAGE 2 98 TUNE - 422WHP | 550Nm.

• Continuing to build our stellar representation tuning Audi’s and Volkswagen’s around Perth.

• We’ve really been enjoying getting to roll racing each month, community is at the heart of everything we do

• Launched our first drop of Merchandise - long sleeve racing shirts and classic men’s tees. The first of many PAH exclusive merch

• Welcomed our first full time mechanic Leyton, to join our team. We began to ramp up the demand and needed to hire more skilled mechanics! Couldn‘t be more happy with our decision.
  
  

  APRIL:

• The Ayani Car Collective giveaway went down - the custom exhaust on the Corvette C8 was a treat and we ended up having more Corvette’s for performance modifications in our Perth Workshop

• AUDI RS5 B9 STAGE 2 FLEX TUNE - Our customer was ready to take his car to the next level after some prior performance modifications had already been done. We fitted -Eventuri Carbon Intake - 034 Motorsport Cross Pipes & Downpipes - Integrated Engineeering HPFP Internal Upgrade - Integrated Engineering Flex Sensor
  and the CTS Heat Exchanger Upgrade.

  Power 600hp/700nm - Not Only Does She Look Good On The Dyno, Now She Sound Good On The Dyno!

• Other fun day to day jobs we had in our Malaga (Perth) workshop over the month;

  Audi RS5 Brake Pad & Rotor Replacement Mercedes Benz A45 Michelin Pilot Sport 4s Tyres Cupra Formentor APR Charge Pipes & Integrated Engineering Intercooler
  Volkswagen Golf GTI Heater Core Replacement Audi S3 Radiator Replacement Audi S3 Manual Galano Flex Tune BMW X5M Brake Pad & Rotor Replacement
  Volkswagen Tiguan R Miltek Catback Exhaust Volkswagen Golf R Bridgestone RE003 Tyres Audi S3 Track Day Prep, Full Brake Pads & Rotors, Michelin Pilot Sport 4s Tyres

MAY:

• Became the rise of the AUDI RSQ3 modifications in our mechanical shop; We had a customer come in with a previous Stage 1 set up on his RSQ3, It kept bringing up GPF inefficiencies and emitting an engine light. Fitted a 034 Motorsport Carbon Fibre Semi Closed Intake, DS1 Data Logger paired with a Stage 2 Tune from 999 racing development.
  With that we picked up an additional 65whp, Now Producing 418whp/542nm. Not only that we no longer have an engine light and GPF inefficiency codes!

• LAMBORGHINI HURACAN STO - Crackles set to be enabled after a gearshift or tip in for a maximum allowable time of 0.6 seconds. - Set the exhaust valves to open at all times as opposed to only above 4000rpm. - Cylinder shut down removed, Customer was complaining about the horrible noise and frustration around highway cruising and it dropping 5 cylinders. We also altered the maximum throttle plate value, The 5.2 V10 in the R8 & Huracan close the throttle in the top end reducing power to sometimes as low as 60%. We’ve changed this to allow actual throttle plate value to 100% to remove any restriction.

• And of course plenty of the classic Diagnostic and Repair work on the Euro cars of Perth; - Waterpumps - Injector Replacement - Carbon Cleans
  - Heater Core Replacement - Leaking Radiators - Alternator replacement

• Did you know we do warranty repairs too? We can communicate with your warranty team so you don’t have to!

• We had our last roll racing event of the season and dropped our first vlog, again a massive thing for us is community, so we grabbed a big team and cruised down together for a fun night - maybe more of these to come.

• Saw a few extra BMW’s in our workshop too - something we’ve loved seeing is the increase in body kit installs on BMW M2 - We installed a full Lip, Skirt, Diffuser & Spolier kit on an immaculate G87 M2, *DROOL

  JUNE:

• Coming into the rainy season we did a lot of tyres - mostly Michelin Pilot 4S on the Audi RS3 and Volkswagen Golf’s - did you know we do tyres in our workshop as well?

• Lamborghini STO at Precision Auto Haus for an - Inspection - Coding Exhaust Flaps To Be Open Consistently - Disabling Cylinder Shutdown During Cruising Speeds - Crackles Enabled Over 3500rpm

• Continued to earn our stripes as JDY Performance Australia’s Number 1 Installers and Dealers in Western Australia. 4” Cattless downpipes on the Golf’s - sheeesh chef’s kiss

• We Cover almost ever exhaust systems for all makes & models in our shop! Have a specific sound in mind? We know what to do! Had a few Invidia High Performance Exhaust Installs over June too

• Began our biggest build yet, featuring a 4 Port head, G35-1050 Turbo on an Audi S3

• Helping out the McLaren owners of Perth with their regular servicing - how nice is it to know who’s working on your supercar and getting it done without the dealership price tags…. just saying

• AUDI RS3 - With a JDY 1300HP Front Mount Intercooler - upgrading your cooling system is the best way to increase performance of your European vehicle

• Began to roll our some more educational content on our socials - if it’s your first time owning a Euro car - make sure the people looking after it know what to do to look after your car. I.e make sure they actually know how to do a DSG service… and how often it should be done.
